Invoice automation for a small business, so nobody retypes anything
An order arrives by e-mail, you retype it into an invoice, send the invoice, remind them a month later. The same routine every day. An automation does it for you. The bot on the right is live — tell it what slows you down.
Where a small business loses its time
Not on the big work, on the retyping. Order details into an invoice. Invoice into a spreadsheet. Spreadsheet into a reminder e-mail. Each step is five minutes and each one repeats every day. Over a month that is hours, plus the mistakes: a transposed number, a forgotten reminder, an invoice sent twice.
What the automation does
It takes the data where it is born — from the order, the form, the e-mail — and creates the invoice in the tool you already use. Sends it. After the due date it sends a reminder, polite and on time, without you having to remember. It logs what happened in a spreadsheet or sends you a summary in Telegram. None of it requires changing your accounting software or learning a new one.
What can be connected
Orders from an e-shop or a form on your site, e-mails, spreadsheets, a calendar, Telegram. Most invoicing tools have an interface that can be connected to; if yours does not, I tell you straight away and we find another route, or none.
How it goes
Describe how an invoice comes about today, step by step, with an example if you like. In a few days you get a demo on your data, free. If you like it, one fixed price for the whole job, up front. I built it, so I fix it when the tool or the form changes.
Data
The automation sees only what passes through its hands: order and invoice details. Nothing is sold anywhere. Where the data lives is described in the privacy policy.
Questions people actually ask
Short answers. Longer ones by e-mail, and no sales call in between.
How much does it cost?
The demo is free and comes with no obligation. If you want the real thing, you get one fixed price for the whole job before anything is built — no hourly rate, no running meter, no surprise at the end. What the number is depends on what the bot has to do, and you see it before you decide.
How long does it take?
I answer within 24 hours. A demo on your own prices and questions takes a few days. How long the finished thing takes depends on what it has to do, and you get that estimate together with the price.
What happens if it breaks?
I built it, so I fix it. You write to one person, not to a support queue, and that person already knows how the thing works.
What data does the bot see?
Only what the person types into it. On this site that is four answers and one contact, stored on Cloudflare and sent to me on Telegram. No cookies, no trackers, no third-party scripts. The privacy policy spells it out line by line.
