Privacy policy
This site collects one thing: what you tell the bot, so that someone can answer you. Below is every field, why it exists and how long it stays.
Who is responsible
The person who runs this site and decides what happens to the data on it.
- City
- Praha
- [email protected]
Not every line above is filled in yet. The e-mail address reaches that person directly and is the fastest route for anything on this page.
What is collected
Only what you type into the bot, plus what the connection itself gives away. Nothing is bought in, imported or joined to data from anywhere else.
- Your answers in the conversation: the kind of business you run, what you are after, and what slows you down.
- The phone number or e-mail address you hand the bot, because otherwise there is no way to answer you.
- Which language version of the page you were on.
- The country the request came from, as Cloudflare reports it. Not the city, not the street, not the address.
- A salted SHA-256 hash of your IP address. The address itself is never written down. The hash exists only so that one source cannot flood the form, and it cannot be turned back into an address.
- The moment the message arrived.
Why
To answer you and to build the demo you asked for. That is the entire purpose. Nothing here feeds advertising, profiling or an automated decision about you, and nothing is sold or handed on for anyone else to use.
On what legal basis
You asked for something, so the processing is what is needed to take steps at your request before a contract — Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. The spam defences sit on legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f): a form anyone can flood is a form that stops working for everyone else.
How long it is kept
An enquiry is kept for 24 months and then deleted. The anonymous counters are kept for 12 months. Ask for yours to go sooner and it goes sooner.
Who else sees it
Two companies, both acting as processors, both because the site has to run somewhere and the message has to reach a human.
- Cloudflare hosts the pages and the database that the enquiry is written to.
- Telegram carries the notification that says a new enquiry has arrived. That message contains your answers and your contact.
Nobody else. No advertising network, no analytics company, no embedded video, no font server, no third-party script of any kind runs on these pages.
Cookies
There are none, which is why you have never been shown a consent banner here. Your browser stores exactly one thing, and only if you dismiss the bar offering the page in another language: a flag remembering that you dismissed it. It is not an identifier, it never leaves your browser, and clearing your site data removes it.
Counters
Three numbers are counted: that a page was opened, that someone started the conversation, and that someone got as far as the contact question. Each one carries the language, the path and the country, plus the same salted hash for the same anti-flood reason. None of it identifies you and none of it follows you to another site.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, object to the processing, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Write to the address above; there is no form to fill in and no queue to wait in. If the answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, at uoou.gov.cz.
