Why the phone does not work in a salon
Hairdresser, beautician, masseur — everyone has their hands busy, and the phone rings exactly then. Either you pick up and interrupt the client in the chair, or you do not and the caller tries the salon down the street. In the evening you answer the Instagram and Messenger messages that came during the day, and half of them are one and the same question: do you have a slot on Friday afternoon?
What the bot does
It asks what the client is coming for and with whom, offers free slots from your calendar, agrees one and writes it in. The day before, it sends a reminder, which on its own cuts the number of people who do not show up. When a client wants something the bot cannot handle — complex colouring, a consultation — it hands her to you with the whole context. It pretends nothing and invents nothing: it offers only slots that really exist.
Where it connects
To the Google Calendar you may already be using. On the site as a booking window, in Telegram, or as a link you put in your Instagram profile. Your phone number stays your number and whoever wants to call still calls — there will just be fewer calls.

What the bot sees
A name, a phone number or e-mail, and the time. Nothing else. The data sits with Cloudflare, notifications travel over Telegram; who holds it and for how long is in the privacy policy. No advertising networks, no tracking.
