A chatbot for your e-shop that answers while you sleep
Where is my order, what does shipping cost, can I return it. Three questions that never stop. The bot answers them for you, on your data, in your tone. The one on the right is live — try it.
What e-shop customers ask, over and over
Most messages an e-shop gets are not complaints or hard cases. They are the same three to five questions: where is the parcel, when will it arrive, how do I return it, is size 42 in stock, can I pay on delivery. The answer to each is somewhere on the site, but the customer will not go looking — they write. And you answer in the evening from your phone, the same sentence for the fiftieth time, while packing tomorrow’s orders.
What the bot can do, and what it cannot
The bot answers what you have an answer for: from your terms, your shipping prices, your FAQ, and the order status when you give it access. It can ask for an order number and report the status. It can say that size 42 is in stock. What it cannot do, it does not pretend to: when a question goes off script, it hands it to you with the whole context, so the customer never repeats what they already wrote. No inventing, no answers to things you do not know.
Where it goes
On the site as a window in the corner, in Telegram, or both. None of it requires changing the e-shop or the platform it runs on: the bot connects from the outside, through data you already have. Order status comes from wherever it lives today. Your number stays your number and whoever wants to call still calls — there will just be fewer calls.
How it goes
Write down what people ask most, or send me a few recent conversations. In a few days you get a demo: a bot answering your questions, on your products, in your tone. Free, no strings. If you like it, you get one fixed price for the whole job up front — no hourly rate. I built it, so I fix it when something changes.
Customer data
The bot sees only what the customer types and the order status you make available. Nothing is sold and nothing goes to an advertising network. Where the data lives and for how long is written in the privacy policy, as openly as for this site.
What I’ve built
Not promises — finished things you can click on.
Questions people actually ask
Short answers. Longer ones by e-mail, and no sales call in between.
How much does it cost?
The demo is free and comes with no obligation. If you want the real thing, you get one fixed price for the whole job before anything is built — no hourly rate, no running meter, no surprise at the end. What the number is depends on what the bot has to do, and you see it before you decide.
How long does it take?
I answer within 24 hours. A demo on your own prices and questions takes a few days. How long the finished thing takes depends on what it has to do, and you get that estimate together with the price.
Do I have to change my phone number or my website?
No. A bot goes next to what you already have — on the site you already run, or in Telegram. Your number stays your number and your customers keep reaching you the way they do now.
What data does the bot see?
Only what the person types into it. On this site that is four answers and one contact, stored on Cloudflare and sent to me on Telegram. No cookies, no trackers, no third-party scripts. The privacy policy spells it out line by line.
Which languages does the bot speak?
This one speaks English, Czech and Russian. A bot built for you speaks whatever your customers speak.
